We are committed to meeting growing demand responsibly, striving to minimize our environmental impact.
To minimize the environmental impact of our activities, we continually monitor the way we operate to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement along the value chain.
We target reductions in Greenhouse Gases (GHG) emissions, water and energy consumption, solid waste management and treatment. We also implement our sustainability policies across the board, in respect to protected areas such as rainforests and endangered tree and botanical species.

At Universal Evolve, we empower our people everywhere to create positive change in the local communities where we operate. Through our local experts, we contribute to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals through advocacy and civic education on climate change, poverty eradication, and promoting health.
We do this by creating jobs, protecting the environment, training farming communities, and supporting health and education projects.
Our Partnerships

We collaborate with local farmers, artisanal craftsmen and agronomy experts to improve our value chain and production. We also raise awareness and aim to secure the adoption of our sustainability policies by engaging our suppliers and partners on all our commercial platforms.
Our projects also aim to promote fair and sustainable food and agricultural production and also offer support in areas such as Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) training, coffee plant regeneration, agroforestry, water conservation, community-based schools, and job creation.
